Summary You will serve as a PRODUCT LINE DIRECTOR in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command ofNAVAL FAC ENGR CMD EUROPE SW ASIA Capodichino, Italy. Responsibilities You will supervise multiple direct reports and additional employees through subordinate supervisors in various occupational series and grade levels within the Transportation Product Line team. You will be accountable for leading, managing, and overseeing all aspects of the Transportation Product Line. You will exercise delegated authority to initiate, develop, and execute detailed strategic plans for delivering a wide range of fleet management products and services. You will research and provide state-of-the-art, advanced management techniques to Product Line leaders at subordinate organizations enhancing their ability to achieve the organization’s strategic goals, objectives, and end-state. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience may include: 1) Utilizing management analysis techniques, planning principles and procedures to gather, analyze, and evaluate information concerning federal transportation program operations. 2) Manage and coordinate vehicle fleet operations and maintenance of various vehicles to lead operations of transportation program. 3) Identifying potential financial and business systems data requirements to provide metrics management for large-scale fleet management programs 4) Managing workload, setting priorities, and amending workflow to direct a federal transportation program.
