Be part of an innovative and collaborative environment that empowers customers to stay a step ahead in life and in business, and enables departments and employees across ING to leverage our content management solutions in a secure and efficient way.The teamAs a Product Lead for Communication as a Service, you will be a key member of this area responsible for driving digital innovation and streamlining customer and employee journeys in the bank. Product Lead is a position where all elements of a product come together, the what and the how, with an end-to-end responsibility. You are also responsible for developing the mastery of your teammembers.In our local area we onboard the business of domestic bank NL on our products. This concerns a variety of content management solutions (robotics, intelligent automation, digital signing, archiving, communication templates, distribution channels just to name a few).Roles and responsibilities

• Integrate/implement global products in customer and employee journeys through our local Enterprise Content & Automation delivery area
• You steer the delivery and make sure we deliver on promise. You know what is going on in the squads, actively manage dependencies, resolve impediments, and keep track on our velocity.
• Define the vision for your service teams, collaborate with peers in all areas of our tribe (especially the other local Communication as a Service teams in NL, but also our global product areas where the platforms are maintained)
• Stimulate interaction between people, tribes, squads and stakeholders (within and outside your own Product Area).
• Create and maintain cross-cultural collaboration by creating awareness, respect & FUN
• Hierarchical manager for 8-10 Product Managers (CJE) within your area.
• Strengthen the “ING way of working” while safeguarding the Orange Code as a role model. As a manager you are able to balance a level of autonomy in your team with concrete and time-bound targets, and you focus on mastery of the product managers in your team

Therefore, we are looking for a candidate with the following skills/experiences:

• Understanding the requirements of key stakeholders and customers for our products
• Expertise in driving and inspiring multidisciplinary teams, as a manager you play an active role in the well-being and engagement of employees and the development of their craftsmanship
• Building a strong relationship with all stakeholders within ING
• Strong customer focus, both towards the tribes/departments whom we enable with our solutions but certainly also the end-consumer journeys
• You have a strong resilience and can navigate through ambiguity
• Owner of a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to spend part of your time in locations across Amsterdam and Leeuwarden where the squads are spread across
• Proven experience or strong affinity with the ING Agile Way of Working is a plus
• Focus on End-2-end processes with the aim to integrate our global services into the customer and employee journeys enabling improvements and digitization
