These processes will help Aon to cater for the varied range of products and services under our remit to ensure that they meet the needs of customers, aligns with business objectives and complies with regulatory requirements by delivering good outcomes to customers.What the day will look likeIn this role, you will play a key role in embedding Aon’s Product Governance framework and providing expertise and advice to our product owners to promote a strong conduct culture.

  • Liaise with insurer partners to ensure that they are fulfilling their obligations and Fair Value Assessments are obtained and reviewed in a timely manner, managing any information requests received from insurers/service providers.
  • Collate and review presentation decks for product approval meetings and follow up on any actions post meetings.
  • Ensure Product Information is maintained and kept updated in the Product Universe.
  • Interface with product teams, risk & compliance, and other key stakeholder groups.
  • Stay up to date on changes to regulations and ensure that our products are compliant.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in General Insurance.
  • Product expertise with a good understanding of first line product-related regulatory obligations essential.
  • Commercial attitude with an ability to apply regulatory expertise in a practical and pragmatic way.
  • Strong analytical and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate facilitation skills with the ability to drive issues to closure.
  • Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision or questions.
  • Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Project, and Outlook
