Job Overview
Product responsibility for a product or product family

Specification creation/content/verification
-
Technology support from samples to series production to end of life
-
Yield engineering; systematic and targeted work on yield improvement
-
Failure analysis; analysis and definition of corrective measures in the event of deviations and complaints
-
Collaboration on product FMEAs, creation of process control plans, continuous improvement of product monitoring
-
Definition and verification of compliance with reliability and other required standards
-
Organization, co-development and safeguarding of technological processes
-
Creation and maintenance of documentation
-
Support in the recalculation of products in the event of changes
Management of product development projects
-
Responsibility for projects or sub-projects with regard to adherence to the budget (incl. cost unit responsibility), schedule and series production capability
-
Creating the specifications in the project team, planning and monitoring the achievement of technical goals and compliance with the specification, including qualification and verification
-
Creating and following up project plans
-
Continuous monitoring of project risks, taking into account the applicable standards and existing tools, and deriving countermeasures
-
Coordination of all employees from other departments assigned to the project or project group
-
Creating product documentation, taking over project documentation and reporting, representing project results
-
Carrying out project and gate reviews (including creating product FMEAs and process control plans)

Supporting and advising on the management of the product life cycle/product roadmap and sales in communication with the customer
What your background should look like:
-
Degree in engineering (e.g. electronics, electrical engineering, physics, precision engineering or related disciplines)

Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing or in the field of assembly and connection technology

Practical experience in the management of projects
-
Sound knowledge of the relevant quality tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, PCRB)
-
Quick grasp of complex issues
-
Structured way of working and strong analytical skills
-
High level of organizational skills, reliability, initiative, teamwork, strong communication skills and professional leadership skills
-
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel (Access-DB) and PowerPoint
