Beamy
Job title:
Product Designer – UI Major
Company:
Beamy
Job description
Research shows that while men apply to jobs where they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other underrepresented groups tend to only apply when they meet 100% of the qualifications. At Beamy, we value respectful debate and people who aren’t afraid to challenge assumptions, so we are looking for diverse perspectives as long as you meet 75% of the criteria. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, color, family, gender identity, marital status, national origin, physical or mental disability, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.Beamy has just rebranded! What better time to bring the Product Designer position in-house!We’ve made this shift to strengthen our positioning and make our AD more relevant to our different personas. On the one hand, we have the historical persona of the CIOs of major groups who use Beamy to monitor and govern their SaaS, and on the other, we are deploying part of the tool to our customers’ employees to change the way they consume tech in their workplace. The latter is quite recent, and for this audience we want to develop a design that will enable the product to be as user-friendly as possible, ‘gentle’, ‘soothing’ & ‘trustworthy’.MISSIONS
- Understand and embody our business end-users to help us reach a new dimension.
- Develop design concepts and prototypes that align with company goals and user expectations.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate concepts into actionable specifications and ensure seamless implementation.
- Build mock-ups and challenge them with our clients, internal tester and A/B testing (from Low to High fidelity)
- Drive Beamy’s DA & work on collateral content creation, creating assets such as sales presentation templates and advertising banners to drive business growth.
- Stay ahead of the curve on product design / Ui / web & mobile trends thanks to continuous benchmarking.

- You have at least 4 years of experience as a Product Designer in Saas or a Startup studio.

- You are able to grasp a metric, a business objective or a user behavior and create a path to achieve a tangible objective. You have an intuitive mindset.
