Our ideal candidate is an excellent problem solver and communicator with a proven ability to deliver innovative and refined solutions. In collaboration with our Product and Development teams, you will get the opportunity to help execute and deliver design at various stages of the development lifecycle, including creating wireframes and prototypes and the final delivery of designs.This is a great opportunity for you as a designer to grow and develop your skills in solving real problems.Main Duties
- Participate in UX research activities.
- Participate in the analysis and synthesis of the research findings.
- Produce design deliverables that communicate design solutions and facilitate discussion.
- Collaborate in the design process of our design system.
- Document user task flows, and UI specifications.
- Look at usage metrics and customer feedback to highlight patterns and areas of focus that may need attention.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and platform interface guidelines.
- Understanding of UX design principles and best practices.
- Information architecture, wireframing, storyboarding, visualization, prototyping, and sketching.
- Knowledge in design and prototyping with Figma.
- Basic understanding on how to work with a design system.
- Basic understanding of UX Research methodologies.
- Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.
- Written and spoken fluency in English
- Experience working with B2B products it’s a plus.
- Some experience on conducting UX Research it’s also consider a plus.
- Experience with Pendo or other tools that monitor product usage and/or analyze user behavior, will be nice to have.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a college or university in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in product design.
