AXA Group Operations operates across more than 15 countries; and comprises around 7000 staff members.OverviewGTO Controlling is key stakeholder for GTO Division in order to ensure a good internal collaboration on all financial processes.The direct reporting line for GTO Controlling is structured as follows:

  • Product Controlling Corp. Functions, Business and Data
  • Product Controlling Cloud, Distributed and Mainframe
  • Indirect IT costs Controlling
  • GTO Transversal Controlling

Job PurposeAs Product Controlling manager, the candidate will (accordingly to product scope):

  • Supervise and manage Group Operations IT strategic financial planning mainly through forecast preparations & actuals monitoring, notably by
  • Running closing & forecast processes
  • Running centralized controls to guarantee accuracy & reliability of financial information
  • Delivering regular reporting to Group Technology Operations management
  • Being the finance business partner of Group Technology Operations
  • Supervise and monitor the budget process for Group Technology Operations scope
  • Incl. challenge and steer financial inputs
  • Ensure transversal processes execution inside the supported BU (P2P, O2C, Time tracking, Budget, Efficiency, sourcing….)
  • Support managers of the scope in their transversal process’s delivery
  • Support managers of the scope in their business cases and product lifecycle
  • Ensure data entries & quality into all systems (oneplan / efficiency tracker, sourcing data…)
  • Coordinate transversal practices / processes delivery for the Business unit supported
  • Manage Product Controlling team including back-office offshored in Morocco

Education & Experience

  • Education
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, or economics
  • Experience & technical skills
  • 5/8 + years of working experience in finance area
  • Knowledge of IT industry as a plus
