Our passion for innovation, a pioneering spirit and the unique Puratos culture drive our solid growth and vision for the future This, along with our commitment to our local communities, is what makes working at Puratos so magical.To strengthen our global team in Groot Bijgaarden, we are looking for a:Product Communication Manager – Health and Well-BeingYour MissionAs someone that is passionate about Health and Well-Being, you actively help to further develop the long term strategy for Health & Well-Being products and services at Puratos based on market data, trend reports, technology evolution, consumer insights and customer needs.Implement the Health & Well-Being strategy and be the go-to-person within the Puratos Group and towards external stakeholders for Health & Well-Being related topics.What will you do?

• You collect, analyze and build market intelligence from a wide range of data sources and identify possible impacts on the business and build action plan.

• You contribute to build a clear vision and strategy for Health & Well-Being at Puratos in order to determine optimal competitive positioning to reach short and long term business objectives.

• You implement the Health & Well-Being strategy in the Puratos Group (HQ) and in the markets (Puratos subsidiaries).

• You monitor the sales performance of the department in terms of volume, sales, margin evolution, customer penetration, … You propose, agree and roll-out corrective actions or acceleration plans with Business Units, local organizations and regional direction.

• You drive project management and NPD (new product development) with multi-disciplinary teams on specific subjects related to Health & Well-Being (e.g. mental health, sugar reduction,…)

• You develop communication and sales support tools in line with the Group communication strategy

• You promote Health & Well-Being

• internally by

• creating and spreading communication tools, education and training materials for the Business Development community
• organizing internal events (physical and online)
• spreading best practices
• externally by

• representing Puratos in Health & Well-Being related events, fairs and conferences
• supporting the Business Development activities of Markets (Puratos subsidiaries), Channels (Artisans & Distributors, Retail, Foodservice, Industry) and Customers, related to Health & Well-Being through customer visits, customer presentations, trainings, exchange of best practices

Who are we looking for?

• You have an Economics or Business degree with at least 10 years of experience in Marketing in B-to-C, preferably in Health & Well-Being related food industries.

OrYou have a Master in Bio-Engineering or Nutrition with at least 10 years of experience, preferably in B-to-C and a strong experience in Marketing of health and nutrition products & concepts.

• You have a passion for food and you are keen to understand the technical challenges and opportunities. Therefore ready to have a common language with R&D and technical advisors.
• You play to win, you are fanatically customer centered and determined to continuously improve everything we do, daring to challenge boundaries to deliver superior value in products & services, and meaningful innovations.
• You show strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at one time and work under pressure and to deadlines.
• You are a dynamic, proactive and creative team player.
• You are data driven, curious, digital savvy and inspired by the understanding of local consumer culture’s diversity in food.
• You are fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
• You are willing to travel 25% of your time.
