Job Title: Product Clinical Manager
Supervisor: Strategic Marketing Director

The Product Clinical Manager independently provides professional clinical application expertise for identified programs. The role focuses on identifying and analyzing clinical marketing opportunities and recommending actions, including internal opportunities such as new products or services and external opportunities such as clinical messaging, product feature enhancements, clinical education, and data and image analysis.
Works with cross-functional teams to gather and understand customer needs, pain points, and desired outcomes, and reflects these insights in the development of the organization’s value proposition through Voice of Customer activities.

Partners with Product Line Managers and Product Marketing Managers in support of all commercial activities.
*
Demonstrates the ability to influence and present information at all levels of the organization.
*
Supports the creation and maintenance of product documentation including, but not limited to, quick reference cards, software guides, hardware guides, safety and regulatory guides, and training materials.
*
Provides support for product escalations from start to completion.
Major Accountabilities
Provide leadership and coordination for clinical inputs, content curation, and message delivery for company products, programs, and promotional activities.

Develop clinical messaging and positioning for company solutions to differentiate products and clearly demonstrate how they address customer needs.
*
Develop and manage the collection of clinical images for internal and external use.
*
Develop and maintain documentation (user guides, training guides, quick reference materials).
*
Work with training teams to develop and deliver equipment training.
*
Provide clinical input to corrective action teams when required.
*
Understand clinical trial and trade trial requirements and contribute to long-term strategic plans aimed at expanding the organization’s presence in the clinical environment.
*
Escalate issues, decisions, and deliverables that could impact timelines to ensure prompt resolution.
*
Support and execute new market development strategies through clinical support and education.
*
Develop communication plans including participation in industry trade shows and conducting user interviews.
*
Provide clinical input for product design requirements.
*
Support Voice of Customer collection, clinical validation activities, and trade trials during the design phase.
*
Provide support for product escalations from initiation through resolution.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
*
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Radiologic Technology.
Relevant Experience
Experience in radiology disciplines such as Diagnostic Radiology, CT, or C-Arm is preferred.

Experience developing clinical value propositions, Voice of Customer initiatives, product launches, product sales training, and go-to-market programs.
*
Strong customer-focused mindset, representing customer needs in decision-making processes.
*
Strong clinical knowledge related to medical imaging modalities.
*
Working knowledge of global or international marketing organizations.
Required Skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.

Professional presence with strong oral and written communication skills.

Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

Experience developing technical sales training programs.
*
Proficiency in software tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Illustrator.
