Description of the position:

• Develop and implement country-specific strategies for Universal Enclosures offering
• Manage offers to ensure optimal product positioning and market alignment
• Provide technical & commercial support and training across direct and indirect sales channels
• Drive marketing initiatives in collaboration with channel managers
• Oversee Universal Enclosures activities to achieve business development and sales targets

Your IMPACT:Strategy Development and Implementation:

• Create and execute country-specific strategies based on marketing analysis
• Align strategies with overall business objectives and market demands

Offer Management

• Ensure competitive product positioning
• Adapt offers to meet market demands

Technical Support and Training:

• Provide technical support to direct and indirect sales channels
• Organize and conduct training sessions for channel sales managers, key partners, and customers

Marketing and Business Development:

• Collaborate with channel managers on marketing initiatives
• Drive business growth through targeted marketing actions
• Support both direct (panel builders, distributors, OEMs) and indirect (e-commerce, electricians) channels

Product and Solution Promotion

• Promote Universal Enclosure offering and full Schneider Electric solutions
• Leverage product customization capabilities for project requirements

Your Profile:

• Strategic Thinking and Marketing Acumen: Ability to develop and implement effective country-specific strategies. Strong marketing analysis skills and understanding of product positioning.
• Technical Expertise and Sales Excellence: In-depth knowledge of Universal Enclosures solutions. Proven ability in sales, offer management, and providing technical support.
• Communication and Leadership: Excellence in training delivery, collaboration with various stakeholders, and driving initiatives across multiple channels.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or related technical field (Electrical/mechanical engineering)
• Solid experience in technical sales or product marketing roles, preferably in the electrical industry
• Technical Background: Strong understanding of electrical systems and enclosure solutions

Languages:

• Fluency in Polish
• English
