Our MES CoE department is looking for a Product Analyst to help us deliver top critical IT systems in Novo Nordisk.The positionAs a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for executing and participating in product development to conclude the best fit for the product, driving improvement and development for product features and interfaces towards partner systems, reviewing and providing input to product specification, executing qualification of product releases, evaluating production processes vs the product features, and delivering technical implementation, with master data, and setup of other key services.We are looking for someone with an innovative and solution-oriented mindset, who can drive results with the team. The role requires strong collaboration with the Novo Nordisk PAS-X community, including Product Owner and Product Architect, and the product vendor.Qualifications:
- Degree within IT, engineering, manufacturing, or similar
- +2 years of experience in an IT-related position, including 1+ years knowledge of PAS-X or MES, configuration of recipes/MBRs and integration to production equipment
- Experience with GMP validation of IT systems in a regulated production environment
- Ability to bridge technical MES knowledge with local business process requirements to identify and collect data
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
