The combined staff in UCL LCCOS totals around 440.About the roleWe are recruiting two Producer (Exhibitions) roles, one full-time (Fixed-term Contract, 1.0 FTE) and one part-time (Permanent, 0.6 FTE, 3 days a week). Please specify the position for which you are applying.The role holders sit in the Museum Services team, which is responsible for delivering high quality topical experiences for staff, students and external audiences using UCL’s rich cultural resources and assets. Our programmes and exhibitions are founded on cross-disciplinary collaborations across UCL collections and research. The role holders will support the delivery of exhibitions across LCCOS, including both museum and library spaces. They work across all aspects of exhibition planning and production and research, develop and deliver authoritative and innovative content for physical and digital displays, incorporating materials from across the collections, and will assist with gathering information on the impact of the exhibitions programme.Flexible Working Statement: ‘We will consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible’.This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 40% on-site.This appointment is subject to UCL Terms and Conditions of Service for Research and Professional Services Staff.   • Experience of coordinating the delivery and installation of exhibits and/or media content
  • Experience of working with subject specialists to support the delivery of accurate, accessible and engaging content for non-specialist audiences
  • Effective teamwork and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
