Samsøe Samsøe is looking for a Producer to join the Copenhagen office full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all marketing imagery: seasonal campaigns, editorials, and E-Commerce photo shoots from start to finish as well as ensuring these are executed to the highest standards and within the agreed budget and timeframe. You will report to the Art Director and will work directly with the Brand, Marketing Communications, E-commerce, Sourcing & Production, Wholesale, and Finance departments.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee and execute the production of all image projects in-line with internal creative briefs.Define and manage day-to-day pre-production, on-set production, and post-production timelines and schedules for all projects including campaigns, editorials & E-Commerce, and other image productions in collaboration with internal and external teams.Manage communication across departments to ensure all seasonal content requests are delivered within the deadline.Responsible for and managing yearly production budget: planning, tracking, and updating costs, negotiating fees with externals, and invoicing.Oversee and manage the yearly production calendar together with the Art Director and communicate key dates to relevant internal and external stakeholders.Sample management for all image productions together with the showroom manager.Work with creative teams to create shot list and production schedule.Ensure all assets are delivered according to the brief, on time, and to the relevant recipient or server location.Responsible for booking external partners, models, and talents in collaboration with the Art Director.Manage legal all rights and usage including setting up and sending out contracts.Carry out and supervise production on logistics, including booking flights, accommodation, transport, catering, couriers, shipping, and sample management, as well as creating and promptly distributing call sheets.Supervise the Production Assistant in all day-to-day tasks.Continuously evaluate internal and external production processes, and lead sessions to discuss key learnings from creative, production, and budgetary perspectives.YOUR PROFILE4-5 years of experience in fashion media production (internal, freelance, or agency)Must have a thorough understanding of fashion media production.Must have strong organizational and communication skills.Must be structured and comfortable multitasking and meeting hard deadlinesComfortable working in a creative environment.Ability to adapt to last-minute changes.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of Adobe.Fluent in English (more languages are a pro).We are committed to creating a diverse environment and encourage anyone to apply for the position, regardless of national origin, color, religion, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, genetics, disability, or age.If you can identify yourself with our concept and ambitions, we look forward to receiving your application.
