Our Global Experience team at .Monks is looking for a Producer to join our EMEA team and support groundbreaking experiences with some of the world’s most innovative brands. The projects span across Experiential, Web, Content, Installations and Events, with a close eye on driving innovation by integrating all disciplines. Our sweet spot sits at the intersection of Physical and Digital, and we’re always looking for ways to blend them together. 

As our new Producer, you’ll be producing some of the best digital work out there. You’ll be responsible for fully embracing our values and producing everything from campaigns to interactive installations for our clients in EMEA and MEA.

The Lowdown

• Facilitate productions from kick-off to delivery using your expertise in communication, time management, and project oversight.
• Manage and execute projects, lead teams and vendors, create weekly status reports, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage productions with budgets ranging from €10K to over €1M.
• Contribute to client proposals and quotes, supporting EPs with scoping projects, writing SoWs, and developing project plans as required.
• Understand how to put together budgets, manage spending, and keep track of financials.
• Support resourcing by forecasting resource requirements to aid in short and long-term planning.
• Directly manage production resources as needed.
• Onboard all resources onto the account(s).
• Work well within a team setting to build consensus, gather facts, determine the best course of action, and ensure all members are aligned with delegated tasks.
• Learn quickly and adapt to processes and approaches to production, always thinking of the best possible solution for the specific challenge at hand.
• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues.

Requirements

• For this position, we’re looking for a Producer with at least 3-5 years of high-level experience in digital advertising/production, with a strong emphasis on technology including experiential, web development, emerging technology and knowledge of film & digital content production.
• You have a technical knowledge of digital production, specifically, experiential & events, web UX & UI and platform development, Mixed Reality, 2D & 3D animation pipelines, film / post / VFX production, etc.
• You have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in the areas mentioned above.
• While your inbox is your natural habitat, you excel at interfacing with human beings in real-time: you know how to motivate people to get things done, wherever they are in the world.
• You overcome, oversee and conquer, and instead of freaking out, you are freakin’ good at dealing with difficult deadlines and deliveries.
• You speak and write English fluently.
