We work with clients to create personalized marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives that deliver measurable results.Role Overview:As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in introducing new products and sources, enhancing competitiveness with existing suppliers, and ensuring timely product range developments to meet key business objectives.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, engage with top-tier suppliers, and play a vital role in shaping the future of our procurement strategies. Your contributions will directly impact our success and growth, making this not just a job, but a career with purpose and potential.Key Responsibilities:As a Procurement Specialist, you will manage supplier relationships by regularly liaising and informing the supply base of tcc requirements, conducting appraisal and development meetings, and rationalizing the supply base. Your role includes attending trade fairs, overseeing new product introduction processes, and managing product, pricing, and supplier data. You will proactively handle the range development critical path, ensuring all elements are completed to improve margin competitiveness. Additionally, you will identify and assess new sources of supply, negotiate with vendors for product launches and major programs, and handle contract negotiations, including price reviews. Your responsibilities also encompass supporting major programs, ensuring suppliers meet capacity and flexibility requirements, managing quality expectations with local offices and clients, and liaising with the Supply Chain team on risk analysis.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:To be successful in this role, you will need expertise in sourcing and procurement techniques with the ability to analyze market trends, strong negotiation and networking skills, and proficiency in preparing and reviewing contracts and negotiation terms. Effective decision-making skills and numerical proficiency are essential, along with experience in managing business relationships between suppliers and the company.
