Because we’re out to create Better Care for a Better World, and that takes a certain kind of person and teams who care about making a difference.Here, in your Procurement Operations Specialist role you will be responsible for building and maintaining a fluent relationship with internal customers, understanding their needs and working together to identify operating issues/non-efficiencies, implementing sustainable solutions and ensuring changes are timely documented in relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).You will also have to lead catch-ups and agenda with internal customers and prepare relevant reports to be shared with procurement, requisitioners etc.To part of your duties will belong: contributing of testing of process improvement opportunities and converting Purchase Requests to Purchase Orders.You will be a point of contact for internal customers with regards to transactional related queriesYou will have a chance to be engaged in invoice issues related to lack of goods receipt and invoice price discrepancies with PO, reaching out to the relevant parties to provide a timely resolution to the issue.IT STARTS with YOU!About UsHuggies®.
