• Procurement Officer H/F/X

• Sous la supervision de la responsable achats : gérer les commandes sur base des propositions du JIT (just in time). Notre entreprise est dotée d’un ERP avec un module proposant une liste d’achats en fonction des besoins. Cette liste doit être vérifiée, validée et traitée.

• Suivi ensuite des commandes de A à Z, avec un œil critique au niveau des offres reçues (prix, délais etc)

• Travail en étroite collaboration avec la planification

Les achats c’est du tout confondu : matériel pour la production, emballage, fournitures de bureau etc. Tout ce qui est graphite et outillages pour les machines c’est un peu trop spécifique et trop touchy, ce sont d’autres personnes qui s’en occupent.
