Role Purpose:

We are currently looking for an Intern to join our GBS in a Procurement Team. The successful candidate will be offered an internship for a period of up to 6 months and will get the chance to work in a multinational environment, supporting the EMEA Procurement team daily activities as well as activities related to some of current projects

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Supporting the procurement team

· Main responsibilities will include working in SAP ERP, Ariba

· Exposure to procurement operations processes

· Administrative support of the Procurement team tasks

· Communication with stakeholders as well as vendors

· Participating in project meetings

· Exposure to procurement operations processes

· Ad hoc activities

 

Requirements:

· Student of Economics, Logistics or related

· Proactive attitude

· Strong verbal & written communication skills and focus on building relationships

· Very good command in English, additional language capabilities (Spanish, Italian are a plus)

· Self-motivated

· Available for a temporary internship (6 months)
