Our intern will be fully involved in the team of Procurement Category Managers responsible for millions of Euros of Cimpress Globally.The main responsibility of the intern is to support with project management including negotiation, requirements consolidation, category classification, and additional Procurement projects and Contract activities.What You Will Do:Support for tenders’ planning: Data gathering, consolidate requirements, update files;Negotiation preparation: documentation management, support tactics and strategy design;Budget preparation: confirm the latest pricing and current volumes;Project management: support project updates and reviews on the company’s cloud spend management solution;Price management: Support internal communication on price changes to ensure alignment at multiple businesses;Material classification maintenance: ensure that classification on Spend management solution is accurate, including sustainability information.Market Intelligence: understand, consolidate, and present market data to support procurement decisions.Your Qualifications:At Cimpress, we value the experiences that individual team members add to our culture.
