Job Description:Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving procurement excellence? DP World is looking for a dynamic leader to join our team in the Netherlands! As a Procurement Excellence Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming our procurement processes, optimizing performance, and delivering value across our global operations.The main purpose of the role is to drive the areas of Procurement systems, processes and standards across the region within DP World Procurement Europe, central functions and key stakeholders. Working together with Group Technology to deliver best-in class systems capabilities and optimize the end-to-end procurement process. You will lead, coordinate and support various Specialists and Leads on subject matters within Procurement Excellence.How you will contribute:

• Lead a team of Systems, Data and Process professionals in charge to define and implement the procurement excellence vision and roadmap in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Drive, enable and safeguard the successful implementation of the target procurement system landscape for DP World Europe
• Coordinate and support the development of an end-to-end process framework and standards for procurement Europe
• Facilitate and advise on the development of procurement dashboards, reports and analytical solutions
• Build a data-driven culture and ensure the availability of up-to-date, integrated, and consistent procurement data
• Support and monitor global implementation of group template and procurement best practices, including training programs
• Support the development and implementation of procurement policies and guidelines
• Work with Group Technology to deliver best-in-class procurement technology to our organisation
• Ensure the procurement systems & process capabilities are properly leveraged to deliver the target procurement performance
• Lead, coordinate and support procurement excellence activities and projects
• Drive continuous improvement across the procurement function
• Lead procurement excellence initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

What you will bring:

• You are a senior sourcing and procurement professional with 5-7 years of experience in international environments, with procurement processes and procedures preferably at a global level
• You have extensive experience with global business services and e-procurement tools in domains such as source-to contract, purchase-to-pay and vendor management
• You have strong interpersonal skills that enable you to work successfully with people from various backgrounds, cultures and disciplines
• You have great communication skills and are capable to animate diverse and demanding stakeholders to foster collaborations, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement
• You have a great understanding of the importance of master data and associated processes and are able to translate this into reliable spend analysis, performance management and reporting
• You are service oriented, capable to bring a strategic vision to achieve your goals
• You are proactive in handling competing priorities and meet your deadlines and commitments; you always demonstrate a ‘can do’ positive attitude
• You are fluent in English; Dutch is a plus but not required
• Analytical, fact-based and strong conceptual skills
• A strong ability to structure, organize several activities and initiatives
• In this role you may be required to travel up to 15% of your time
