In this role you will provide Procurement Contracts Manager (PCM) duties as per business processes to ensure tendering and benchmarking is managed properly, and coordinate with the project management team to make sure all procurement contracts under the designated projects are completed within the time, quality, quantity, to the right place and approved budget as set.Job Description:Main Responsibilities:Managing purchasing for project procurement in line with the company procedure and ERP systemManages all sourcing activities for the renewable project assigned to him/her.Supports the process of drafting and developing procurement contracts in close cooperation with the Legal department to make sure all commercial conditions discussed and agreed with the selected suppliers during the tendering process are properly reflected and all Annexes are in place.Serves as the key point of contact between the project team and contractors to ensure smooth deliveries and communication.Delivery of ongoing commercial contract management post contract award (claims, variation orders, amendments, defects, notice to correct, LDs).Drive and manage supplier performance under live contracts, oversee KPIs, support resolution of contractual disputes and commercial settlements.Makes sure all documents related to Variances, Official Notices and Receipt of Goods at Site (delivery notes, BLs, quality certificates, acceptance protocols etc. for the goods supplied under the procurement contracts) and all Work and Quality Certificates for the installation are duly received, signed and archived.Facilitates the escalation of commercial/contractual issues where and when appropriate.
