In this role you will provide Procurement Contracts Manager (PCM) duties as per business processes to ensure tendering and benchmarking is managed properly, and coordinate with the project management team to make sure all procurement contracts under the designated projects are completed within the time, quality, quantity, to the right place and approved budget as set.Job Description:Main Responsibilities:Managing purchasing for project procurement in line with the company procedure and ERP systemManages all sourcing activities for the renewable project assigned to him/her.Supports the process of drafting and developing procurement contracts in close cooperation with the Legal department to make sure all commercial conditions discussed and agreed with the selected suppliers during the tendering process are properly reflected and all Annexes are in place.Serves as the key point of contact between the project team and contractors to ensure smooth deliveries and communication.Delivery of ongoing commercial contract management post contract award (claims, variation orders, amendments, defects, notice to correct, LDs).Drive and manage supplier performance under live contracts, oversee KPIs, support resolution of contractual disputes and commercial settlements.Makes sure all documents related to Variances, Official Notices and Receipt of Goods at Site (delivery notes, BLs, quality certificates, acceptance protocols etc. for the goods supplied under the procurement contracts) and all Work and Quality Certificates for the installation are duly received, signed and archived.Facilitates the escalation of commercial/contractual issues where and when appropriate.Provides feedback into the procurement process with lessons learned sessions, reviews of contractors’ performance etc.Take part in marketing intelligence activities following renewable energy market in the company’s target countries/areas.Develops and maintains industry relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.Supports and keeps records of supplier appraisals, takes responsibility of keeping supplier evaluations up to date.Other tasks defined by the line manager.Key Requirements:Experience in a similar procurement role, at least 5 yearsCapacity to work in an international teamGood understanding of project managementExperience/knowledge about the construction of onshore wind renewable projects.Excellent communication skills (internal and external stakeholders and partners, technical and non-technical)Education/BackgroundDegree or Higher in Commercial, Engineering or Renewables preferredTraining/Experience in procurementPay and benefitsWith a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
