Title: Procurement Center of Excellence Senior Project ManagerCompany: Ipsen Pharma (SAS)Job Description:The Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) ensures that Ipsen’s Global Procurement Organization (GPO) works as One Procurement, consistently using best in class tools, methodologies, and approaches.The CoE team provides strategic PMO oversight on procurement performance and transformation, playing a pivotal role in the continuous improvement of the Procurement function by shaping, supporting, and leading transformation projects.Through an agile and adaptable mindset, sound experience, and strong drive, this role helps setting direction for ambitious strategic evolution and excellence supporting Ipsen to Focus. Together. For patients and society.Main responsibilities:

• Manage all system tools & data required for Procurement activities. Ensure tools are correctly implemented, maintained, and supported by relevant user training;
• Identify, formalize, and implement Procurement best practices across GPO;
• Ensure consistency between expected skills and actual competencies of the Procurement organization through relevant training and capability building;
• Support identification and implementation of best-in class collaboration between Local and Global entities in a matrix organization, across geographies and divisions;
• Build a strong relationship with the other Ipsen functions, customers, and suppliers in collaboration with local Buyers and Category Leaders.

In order to be considered for this role you will have a relevant qualification coupled with a background in consulting and/or business strategic enhancement and managing transversal projects. Strong analytical and procurement skills and insights to work in transversal environment.
