The Procurement Analyst is responsible with Purchase Order management and maintaining up to date Standard Operating Procedures in the Procure to Pay department of Molson Coors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Create and manage purchase requisitons/orders in SAP R/3 or SRM 
-Follow-up with key stakeholders the Creation/Change form approval and pursue resolution and reconciliations with Accounts Payable department 
-Provide accurate & timely data analysis and support for all relevant stakeholders 
-Support and maintain policies, procedures, processes and ensure accuracy 

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

Required

-Advanced English level 
-MS Office knowledge
-Problem solving skills and attention to detail 
-Financial acumen / prior experience in Accounts Payable or similar activity
 

Nice to have

-Experience with SAP / other ERP system
-Procurement knowledge (PO/contract management)
-Prior experience in Shared Service Centers/BPO
