As a Process Supporter for Warehouse and Storage you will be responsible for the pro-cess of the specific warehouse activities and storage conditions in new upcoming M3 Fermentation facility.The main tasks will be:

  • Warehouse and Storage processes, Description/use of intralogistic equip-ment.
  • Documentation and test
  • Validating Warehouse and Storage processes
  • Change request and deviation handling
  • Stakeholder management

You will be an integral part of a competent user organization, working closely with en-gineering partners and collaborating with contractors while supervising their activities. Your expertise will help develop and adhere to standards to ensure structure and transparency. We are open to adjusting the tasks and the level of the position to match your experience.Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Experience as an operational/engineering lead for a warehouse.
  • Validation and deviation management experience (required).
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Robot, automation, and project experience are considered advantageous.

Additional experience working with projects and knowledge of robotics and automation can provide a competitive edge in this role.As a person you are:

  • Structured and self-starting, with a strong ability to work independently.
  • Skilled at completing tasks with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Good at understanding complex systems and processes.
  • Proficient in defining necessary arrangements and setting direction effectively.
  • Experienced in navigating daily challenges within a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment.

About the DepartmentWe are a rapidly growing fermentation department in Novo Nordisk API expansion ar-ea.
