We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Process Supporter to join our dynamic team in the Drug Substance Support Department in Hillerød.

The Department and the Team

The Process Supporters is a smaller sub team within the Support Department of Drug Substance Manufacturing, currently consisting of 12 dedicated and talented employees. We support a variety of cross functional tasks with the common denominator of working proactively and data driven to ensure readiness for new processes/campaigns. You will be part of a team with a great sense of humor and a high willingness to support where needed. Being a small team, you are to be self-driven and able to prioritize tasks depending on urgency.

The Position

In the role as Process Supporter, you will play a key role in supporting the Manufacturing shop floor by solving issues daily. You will address the daily issues and challenges combining multi-disciplinary areas reaching from automation, process, electrical to documentation, compliance and deviation issues. Being the Process Supporter you liase between different departments to ensure a rapid solution is identified. The LEAN methodology is expected to be applied entailing systematic problem-solving tools like 5xWhy, Ishikawa/fishbone etc. The overall goal is to proactively prevent any loss of quality, product or production time by identifying error traps in the daily manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

  • Daily manufacturing shop floor support with +60% time allocation expected on the shop floor to ensure real time support.
  • Support with problem solving based on manufacturing priorities and identification of long-term improvement activities.
  • Act and serve as ‘first line’ of response to issues and challenges, determine criticality and need for escalation.
  • Effective and responsive communication on issues across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify areas considered a risk for business interruptions.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelors/Masters Degree in Life Science, Engineering, Operations Management or similar field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a cGMP or similar regulated environment.
  • You have worked with technical problem solving and is familiar with LEAN principles.
  • Familiar with working with databases, tools and systems (MS Project, Excel, Miro etc.)
  • You are proactive, responsible, organized, and able to take ownership of tasks
  • You have a high level of technical writing skills and excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
