The Position

As a Process Supporter, you will become an integral part of our dynamic production environment. You will play a key role in supporting our existing and future production lines, handling change requests, participating in optimization projects, and resolving production issues through innovative problem-solving techniques.

This role will also involve participating in diverse project activities, supporting Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) related initiatives, and contributing to the implementation of new production lines and ramp-up activities. The role is a good mix between desk and shopfloor activities. And you will have a lot of contact with the skilled workers who are responsible for maintenance.

The main tasks will be to:

-Provide support and optimization of assembly lines.

-Ensure quality and compliance with all standards and regulations.

-Maintain GMP standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

The qualifications we value include having:

-A bachelor’s degree in marine, production, mechanical, automation engineering, or similar field.

-Experience in production and/or maintenance within a highly regulated environment, such as pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

-Strong knowledge of GMP and a mechanical engineering know-how.

-An interest in digitalization and future production equipment.

-Full professional proficiency in Danish and English.

As a person, your high level of responsibility, decisiveness, and sharp analytical skills will be essential in this team.

Having the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly with various stakeholders across the organization, while staying patient is key to succeed in this role.
