Are you ready to join us and take energy forward?Join our Climate Technology Solutions team!Our team deliver strategic roadmap for CCUS, Hydrogen, Clean Power Solutions and Emission Abatement, scout innovative technologies and originates opportunities to expand our portfolio of decarbonized solutions, manage programs for technology development and lead early customers’ engagement to position innovative solutions.Be part of our Hydrogen growth areaAs Process Solutions Leader – Hydrogen, you and your team are the technical and technology subject matter experts in identified priority segments, therefore you will contribute to the success of Baker Hughes in building innovative, integrated, value-added solutions for customers in each of the strategic segments of the market. You will achieve the above primarily developing in-depth knowledge on key-market segments, relevant processes, decarbonization trends and enabling technologies.As a Process Solutions Leader – Hydrogen, you will be responsible for:Defining value-added solutions from a technical and economic standpoint toward end-users in identified key market segments, standardizing whether possible the design of such solutions to each target segment’s needs.Supporting and stimulating (with reference to the target key market segments) the continue scouting of innovative technology solutions that add value to Baker Hughes’s product portfolio, supporting the expansion of BH portfolio of decarbonized solutions.Leading activities and stakeholders engagements (internal and external) to develop an in-depth understanding of applicable processes, customers pain points and needs in key market segments where hydrogen adoption represents an efficient and timely mean for decarbonization.Supporting direct technical activities with customers (from early engagement to budget offering), also by tailoring the standardized solutions for the relevant segment to the specific customer needs.Partnering with all relevant BH teams to support activities in connection with strategic projects, funding initiatives and industry associations with the goal to effectively position BH as the decarbonization technology partner of choice in each relevant industry, paving the way for commercial opportunities.Developing and monitoring execution with specific KPIs and reporting tools.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a MSc. from an accredited college or university; technical engineering or similar scientific degree would be advantageous.
Have significant years of experience in either Oil & Gas or Industrial markets, and in similar jobs.Have growth mindset and proven learning agility in diverse context and industries.Demonstrate experience on industrial processes and proven ability to understand and analyze customers industrial processes and technical pain points, evaluate applicable technical solutions and related arising business opportunity to ultimately define sustainable and executable solutions for customers.Have interpersonal and leadership skills, integrative team working style and be a self-starter.Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English.Be the change agent, resilient, capable of synthetizing complex messages to favor savvy leadership decisions.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
