Process Risk Management RepresentativeHow will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?WHAT DOES A PROCESS RISK MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE DO?As Process Risk Management Representative your mission is to:Conduct process risk assessments taking into account the site specific environment;Support the sites in the implementation of the validated process risk reduction measures;Perform reviews in the field to confirm the effectiveness of the validated process risk reduction measures;Advise the engineering teams regarding the risk mitigation measures;Liaise regularly with the prevention advisor to ensure the operational safety is also correctly managed.Assess and conduct root causes analysis of process safety events in collaboration with the site.Together with the existing operational departments you prepare annual risk assessments plans to ensure compliance at all times. You manage know-how transfers and support to other risk assessors in the organisation.Location: ALBI positionAre you a MATCH?WHAT ARE THE EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS?If you have a Master’s in Engineering, you already have the basics to apply for this job! An experience of 3 years in Industrial Operations is highly appreciated.JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTSPreferably 3 years of proven experience in industrial operations: Good working knowledge relating to a wide variety of industrial operations and processesRisk management tools skills (LOPA, ARA/GRA, FMEA ; HAZOP…)Strong background in statistics and thermodynamicsComprehensive knowledge of legislation, standards, and codes of practice relating to risk management, Industrial Management SystemAnalyze accurately trends, problems and cause-effects relationshipActing as a role model in safety, promoting a safe behaviourTake ownership: Promoting and supporting actions towards Safety, Health and environment protectionCommunication skills: Creating clear verbal and written communication in a logical manner
