Step into the role of Process Manager Warehouse and help shape the future of our warehouse operations.Your Daily ActionsAs a Process Manager Warehouse, you will be responsible for managing and improving all warehouse processes and related systems to ensure optimal operations across our end-to-end (E2E) supply chain. You’ll also play a key role in guiding and supporting your team, ensuring they act as a knowledge centre for the business. Your team will support the wider business by providing expert insights and solutions, acting as the go-to resource for warehouse process-related matters. You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation to identify opportunities for improvement, support business goals, and lead your team of Process Experts.Your daily tasks will include:

The Processes & Systems department is the engine behind our supply chain, consisting of five teams and a training division. This department is responsible for managing all process-related topics, ensuring the smooth operation of our processes and systems. As a Process Manager, you will report to the Manager of Processes & Systems and lead a team of dedicated Process Experts. Together, you will drive efficiency and optimise our way of working.This Is YouYou excel in managing complex processes and systems, enjoy leading teams, and have a strong passion for continuous improvement.
