Step into the role of Process Manager Warehouse and help shape the future of our warehouse operations.Your Daily ActionsAs a Process Manager Warehouse, you will be responsible for managing and improving all warehouse processes and related systems to ensure optimal operations across our end-to-end (E2E) supply chain. You’ll also play a key role in guiding and supporting your team, ensuring they act as a knowledge centre for the business. Your team will support the wider business by providing expert insights and solutions, acting as the go-to resource for warehouse process-related matters. You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation to identify opportunities for improvement, support business goals, and lead your team of Process Experts.Your daily tasks will include:
- Process Management: Act as the single point of contact for process definition, design, documentation, and implementation across the warehouse operations.
- System Management: Proactively monitor system use, collaborate with IT on upgrades, and ensure continuous system improvements.
- Business Support: Ensure your team is available to support the business, acting as a knowledge centre for warehouse process-related issues and improvements. Provide clear guidance and expertise to business stakeholders to ensure processes are followed and optimised.
- Team Leadership: Guide and develop your team of Process Experts, ensuring they have the resources, support, and direction needed to succeed. Inspire them to continuously improve and innovate within warehouse operations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with various departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of warehouse processes.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives by communicating complex information in a way that ensures understanding and acceptance.
- Analytics: Execute analyses to identify bottlenecks, reduce risks, and improve processes.
- With a focus on standardisation, efficiency, and business support, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our warehouse processes and systems while driving continuous improvements across the full supply chain, from suppliers to distribution centres and stores.
Meet Your TeamThe Processes & Systems department is the engine behind our supply chain, consisting of five teams and a training division. This department is responsible for managing all process-related topics, ensuring the smooth operation of our processes and systems. As a Process Manager, you will report to the Manager of Processes & Systems and lead a team of dedicated Process Experts. Together, you will drive efficiency and optimise our way of working.This Is YouYou excel in managing complex processes and systems, enjoy leading teams, and have a strong passion for continuous improvement. You’re structured, analytical, and an excellent communicator.Here’s what we’re looking for:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within retail or logistics.
- Solid knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, and strong computer skills.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- The ability to work cross-functionally and think outside your own discipline.
