The jobAre you passionate about driving change and optimizing processes across diverse teams? In this key role, you’ll manage various important improvement projects and programs. You will lead cross-functional teams and are the go-to person handling everything from change management and training to project scoping and reporting, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery. - Coordinate, plan and manage the different improvement projects & programs across the different teams led by the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and this is line with both our business and IT strategy.
- Lead and oversee the different teams for the successful implementation of projects and ensure optimizations are aligned & properly documented.
- Coordinate and manage change across teams, ensuring training materials are developed and employees are trained in new processes.
- Handle reporting and provide clear and timely visibility on project plans, performance and budget.
- Ensure compliance with implemented changes.
- Manage a project funnel by handling new ideas & requests, set up project scoping and validation together with IT and the team involved.
- Deliver projects and process improvements in time, scope and in budget.
- Build bridges between the different teams for cross functional projects & process improvements.
- Are the go-to-person for the business and IT as first point of contact for any project being deployed or to be deployed.
Your profile
- You can create detailed project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress.
- You are strong in developing change strategies, creating training programs, and supporting teams through transitions.
- You bring excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to facilitate communication between diverse teams, and a collaborative mindset to the table.
- Analytical and strategic thinking is your strong suit as you’re able to align projects with broader business objectives.
- With your open and inquisitive mindset, you are willing to develop yourself as the role evolves.
- You are proficient in both verbal and written communication and have the ability to present complex information clearly.
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch or Spanish is a plus
- You can easily handle digital tools (e.g., MS Office 365, Excel, Outlook, …)
