We are looking for a high potential, passionate in improving and standardizing processes as part of Finance Operations Center (FOC) transformation initiatives. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate organizational, leadership and strong finance skills and be visible to the entire finance organization. The candidate in this role will lead various improvement initiatives in the Business Finance department.Job DescriptionLead and participate in business improvement projects in Business FinanceOnw business finance project tracker for controlled areaInitiate different/new ways of working, propose system solutionsTrack and maintain project improvements status and progressPrioritize improvement ideas to implement in a departmentPartnering with projects specialists, controllers and business partners to identify gaps in processes and address their business needsCooperating with different departments in finance to drive efficienciesConstantly seeking opportunities to improve processes and outcomes to meet team’s goals and success metricsPromote culture of continuous improvementBe involved in Business Finance activities to support the team when needed.Basic RequirementsUniversity degree in Finance or Accounting5-6 years of demonstrable finance experienceProcess Improvement experience requiredProcess mapping and streamlining experienceUnderstanding of financial metricsStrong analytical and problem solving skills
