What you will do 

As an Improvement Analyst, you’ll manage projects using Waterfall, Agile, or PRINCE2, track progress, and ensure successful delivery. You’ll build strong stakeholder relationships, create requirements and design documents, and communicate effectively. You’ll assess change success, identify improvements, and support complex change initiatives by understanding system architecture and overcoming barriers.

How you will do it 

  • Methodical Approach: Utilize structured project management methodologies and stakeholder engagement techniques to manage projects and drive change effectively.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and insights to guide decision-making, communicate impacts, and ensure that changes are adopted and successful.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with various teams and stakeholders, using strong communication and facilitation skills to manage expectations and drive engagement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement feedback mechanisms, conduct post-implementation reviews, and identify new opportunities for improvement to ensure ongoing value and success.

What we look for 

Required 

  • Proven experience in a Change Management environment with strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of working with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methods and frameworks such as DevOps, Kanban, Lean, and SCRUM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and make decisions, with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Highly organized with experience in reporting and documentation.

Preferred

  • Experience in a similar role within a customer services or complex change environment.
  • Knowledge of additional project management tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with business process design and continuous improvement strategies.
