Senior Specialist, Process Excellence – Integrated Supply Chain, EMEA MedTech

Overview: Join our dynamic team in EMEA MedTech Integrated Supply Chain as a Senior Specialist in Process Excellence. In this pivotal role, you will drive and support critical process improvement initiatives and cultivate a culture of process excellence. Your efforts will be crucial in ensuring we deliver outstanding service to both our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of supply chain data to identify trends and issues, prioritizing process improvement opportunities that align with organizational strategic objectives for enhanced value delivery to internal and end customers.

  • Process Improvement Execution: Actively execute process improvement activities, leveraging Process Excellence methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and Agile to optimize business processes effectively.

  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentorship to local Supply Chain teams on Process Excellence methodologies, fostering their development and competence.

  • Talent Development: Identify and develop local Process Excellence talent with a strong customer-centric mindset to drive and sustain new ways of working through performance management, problem-solving, and standard work.

  • Standardization and Best Practices: Leverage and apply the use of standards from Johnson & Johnson’s Global Framework (JJOS) to add value at a regional/site level and identify synergies and best practices across all teams in EMEA.

  • Digital Tools Utilization: Leverage digital tools to enhance customer value and streamline process efficiencies.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, predominantly in customer service, logistics, or other supply chain environments.

  • Process Excellence Expertise: Demonstrable experience with Process Excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, Agile, Six Sigma) is essential.

  • Data Analytics Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics and deriving insights.

  • Change Management: Proven track record in change management; inspiring stakeholders and driving successful operational enhancements within supply chain systems.

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of results, challenge the status quo, and manage upward effectively.

  • Organized and analytical problem-solving abilities using proven methodologies to address challenges.

  • Proficient in English (both verbal and written); proficiency in additional languages is an asset.

Education:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
