As part of our Process Engineering team, you will play a key role in enhancing production performance through advanced analysis and innovative solutions. Your work will have a direct impact on the operational efficiency and environmental sustainability of our processes.
Process optimization: Analyze and improve process parameters to maximize quality, efficiency, and safety.
Technical problem-solving: Identify and resolve technical issues in production processes, collaborating with internal departments.
Innovation projects: Contribute to the development of new technologies or the implementation of innovative solutions for our plants.
Monitoring and control: Ensure production activities meet corporate KPIs, quality requirements, and regulatory standards.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with international teams in engineering, production, and quality to share best practices and achieve common goals.

Required Profile
-Strong operational experience.
-Good maintenance culture.
-Project leadership.
-Degree in Chemical Engineering or related disciplines.
-At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles in the chemical or manufacturing sector.
-Knowledge of industrial safety regulations (e.g., ATEX, REACH) and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
-Fluency in English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.
-Ability to work in multicultural teams.
