Wood is recruiting for a Process Engineer to join our Life Sciences division based in Milan, working on Pharmaceutical and Bio Tech projects across Europe and internationally. • Concept, Basic & Detail Design process activities for pharmaceutical facilities (API, biotech, fill/finish)
• Preparation / review of project specific deliverables (mass / energy balance, PFD, P&ID, , data sheets, technical specifications, equipment list, equipment layout, utilities consumption list)
• Interface with other disciplines, clients, equipment suppliers
• Work as part of a team by supporting each other, sharing workload and covering during periods of absence 
• Contribute and participate to work in an enthusiastic manner, working to the requirements of quality and environmental management systems maintained to ISO standards

Please see below the requirements that we typically seek for the position. We are looking for both newly graduates or skilled engineers with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. We are not expecting candidates to have everything, and this is not an exhaustive list. If you feel you have relevant experience and qualifications, then please do apply. 

• MSc degree in Chemical, Process or Biotech engineering
• General knowledge of typical pharmaceutical processes (API, biotech, fill/finish) 
• Awareness of functional / mechanical features of process equipment typical of pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to work across multi-discipline teams
• Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English 
• Eligible to work in Italy
