As our new Process Delivery Manager, you will work in the very heart of our global digital transformation program team reporting to the Head of PMO.In this role, you are responsible for planning and following up with all relevant process teams to ensure that all needed process documentation is delivered and ready for use by solution teams according to agreements.This includes business process flowcharts, work instructions, test scenarios and test cases (from Product Owners). You will ensure that deliveries are made in accordance with DTP timelines, and according to the Process Architecture Governance requirements.Additionally, process teams are responsible for training end-users in process changes. You will coordinate the development of training material with the process teams and the Training and Adaptation manager. You will be a key part of the PMO and work closely with the Head of PMO, the PMO team, Global Process Owners, and their process teams, as well as Senior Management across GN.Your contribution is appreciated and as our new Process Delivery Manager you will enable us to ensure that all process team deliverables for DTP are on track:

  • Drive the planning cycle of process teams in DTP
  • Ensure resources are scheduled and allocated effectively
  • Ensure delivery is aligned with overall DTP timelines and delivery team PI priorities
  • Monitor progress and status for DTP deliverables such as follow up on process team progress against agreed PI priorities and track and follow up on dependencies and impediments across process teams and delivery teams
  • Conduct regular status meetings with process teams
  • Create a collaborative environment to enhance team performance

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you

  • are proficient in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • have proven organizational skills to manage multiple complex project workstreams simultaneously
  • are skilled in using Agile (SAFe) project management tools for tracking and communicating progress
  • have good stakeholder management skills
  • have good verbal and written communication skills
  • have strategic thinking and planning capabilities, particularly in aligning process activities with broader digital transformation efforts as well as good analytical skills to identify and resolve issues, developing, and implementing effective solutions
  • Masters’s degree or MBA in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Several years of experience within project management roles

The work location is primarily conducted from our Ballerup, HQ in Denmark but expect some travelling throughout the year depending on assignment needs.We encourage you to apply
