we are looking for PROCESS COMMISSIONING SUPERINTENDENT for project in CHINARole seniority: Senior: Responsible for developing, safeguarding (within the Group) and share (to colleagues) key technical/professional knowledge.JOB PURPOSE; To Manage a team of supervisor and commissioning engineers for the commissioning and start-up of new FPSO facilities ensuring that commissioning activities for the assigned areas/units proceed safely, efficiently and to the satisfaction of all parties.MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:– Ensuring all activities carried out by the contractors are in compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements.– Ensuring all works are properly executed in compliance with project specification, QA/QC procedure and standards.– Ensuring efficient interface between contractors.– Respect of project time targets for commissioning.– Manage a team of supervisors assigning tasks and monitoring the execution and progressKEY ACTIVITIES :– Applying, in close coordination with the Commissioning Manager, the commissioning strategy to deliver the project task.– Interface and coordinate with Construction and MC teams in the identification and resolution of Punches.– Coordinate the process commissioning activity among other commissioning discipline for the assigned areas/units.– Ensuring that contractors duties are performed by competent and experienced personnel and in sufficient number, granting the work progress monitoring and issuance of the related support documentation.– Promptly advising the Commissioning Manager of any areas of concern.– Ensure the review of the contractors documentation (eg.: technical reports, specifications, commissioning procedures, drawings, etc).– Ensure technical support to Commissioning Manager during the evaluation of any deviations / variations or change order requests issued by contractors.REPORTS TO: Commissioning ManagerEDUCATION:– Engineering/technical degree (preferred).– Technical diploma.TRAINING AND COURSES:– Asset Integrity Management System– LOTO procedure for process and mechanical isolation– HSE Management in upstream operations– Hazard Identification– Combined Survival & Rescue (BOSIET certification)Required knowledge, technical or professional skills:

• Commissioning Plan and Monitoring

• Commissioning Works and Testing

• Construction Plan and Monitoring

• Mechanical completion walkdown and subsystem handover from construction

• Plant / Facilities Start-up and Handover to operation

Basic Knowledge from other Prof. Areas

• Project Configuration (Development Project Scope Definition)

• Project Monitoring and Controlling (Change Management)

• Project Engineering

• HSE Principles and Systems

Specific knowledge, technical or professional skillsRequested previous commissioning experiences regarding the followings:

• Centrifugal and volumetric pump dynamic commissioning,
• Centrifugal and volumetric Gas Compressor dynamic commissioning
• Power generation Combined cycle: HRSG and steam/condensate recovery dynamic process commissioning and start up
• Amine circuit degreasing, sweeting system dynamic commissioning and start up
• Sea water treatment (filtration, sulfate removal package, deareation etc) dynamic commissioning and start up
• Produced water treatment (desander, hydrocyclone and floating unit) dynamic commissioning and start up
• Gas dehydration (TEG) dynamic commissioning and startup
• N2He piping leak test
• Piping Steam blowing
• Lead and supervise process and mechanical LOTO application
