Reporting directly to the Head of the COO Office, this position focuses on how to improve operational excellence.Support the set-up of a transversal performance management framework ‘à froid’:

  • Together with the Senior Performance Manager, monitor and analyze the performance of OPS processes, transversally (focus on quality of service, operational excellence & efficiency, technical performance, etc…)
  • Identify deviations and potential bottlenecks impacting business KPI’s preventing realization of target Ops Strategy 24-26 impact.
  • Support in proposing recommendations and in launching initiatives to improve performance
  • Prepare conclusions and key messages for Management Committee & Senior Management reporting
  • Ensure the liaison with Distribution, Customer, HR to be able to understand the OPS key metrics in a transversal end-to-end context.

Support the creation & improvement of transversal OPS performance reports

  • Together with the Senior Performance Manager, design and coordinate the development and the implementation of performance dashboards and tools by Data Office & BI-dedicated teams within BU
  • Together with BU-specific Performance Managers, define priorities to build the relevant KPI’s that will be monitored
  • Participate in the definition of performance standards that could be propose transversally for all BU’s.

Support the animation of local Performance Management Community & support in the participation of Group working sessions on performance management

  • Work closely with BU-performance managers ensuring alignment at all levels (BU & transversal)
  • Share best practices, enforce methods & tools to improve performance analysis & monitoring at BU level
  • Provide training / support to BU-performance managers to promote a culture of performance management in OPS

Working with Top management of a big insurance company|New role within the company

  • Analytical skills – ability to deal with complex data & perform swift analysis
  • Ability to translate complex analysis in easy-to-understand conclusions with concrete action plans
  • Solution-oriented, challenging attitude and proposing action plans to meet target sets
  • Stakeholder management skills (assertiveness & negotiation skills) – to handle transversal performance with various stakeholders (BU-performance managers, data & reporting representatives, counterparts from HR, Distribution,…)
  • Strategic thinking, understanding link between target KPI’s and strategic ambition
  • Ability to structure and monitor delivery, being the effective liaison between Business OPS, Data & Reporting representatives
  • Proactivity and ability to work independently
  • Perfect knowledge of French or Dutch, active knowledge of the other official language and of English

Expected salary

€45000 – 70000 per year
