With this transformation we will establish a best-in-class platform and access to data allowing us to democratize our R&D data across the value chain. As a Process Analyst within the Data Governance team, you will be part of setting the direction of the data governance and data access vision together with the rest of the team.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implement and operationalize a risk-based governance and data access framework across clinical data in Novo Nordisk Development
  • Maintain and optimize our processes and policies on a continuous basis to ensure high data utility in a responsible and ethical way and that it meet the demand in a fast-moving data science
  • Develop process flow diagrams, business process models, and other related documentation
  • Work collaboratively with UI/UX designers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to implement access processes
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of access processes, and make recommendations for further improvements
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards related to access processes

QualificationsWe are establishing a strong team with diverse capabilities to complement each other.To strive in this role, you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field combined with minimum 3+ years of experience in process facilitation, analysis and design
  • Experience with driving, developing, and implementing new processes and policies related to access and data governance
  • Good understanding of access control principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards such as GDPR is a plus
  • Experience in project management is an advantage

Experience from other pharma, consulting or larger organizations will be an advantage.As a person the ideal candidate has a drive, naturally spearheading change in organizations and has strong communication skills with a flair for structure and project management skills.The departmentYou will join the growing Data Insights team anchored in Clinical Data Operations and Insights (Development) with 300+ employees – across Denmark, India, Spain and North America, delivering to the wide Novo Nordisk Development pipeline.
