This role is a 4-year Fellowship after which you are expected to then transfer to an open-ended Lectureship based within the Department of Electronic & Electrical Engineering.Interviews will be held on the 21st and 23rd of January 2025.About youOur ideal candidate will have:
Through your research, you will be passionate about addressing the future challenges of human-machine-interfacing technology to improve wellbeing, health & performance at the individual and societal level.In particular, you should have research experience (or potential) of a range of human augmentation technologies – for example brain-computer interfaces or neuromodulation, and a curiosity about the interface between neurotechnology and at least one of the Institute’s other thematic areas (Wearables and Biosensors; Exoskeletons, Robotics and Prostheses; VR/AR, and/or Virtual Digital Assistant).
