The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAMThe Privacy Program Coordinator will join an expanding team and will provide support on projects, programs and operations. You will be responsible for project plans, monitoring performance, reporting and dashboards, which support the execution of program and operational activities.WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work with the Global Privacy Office to develop, maintain and evolve SITA’s privacy program and PMO
  • Support program project management and coordination on a range of key privacy program projects and initiatives, in coordination with the Global Privacy Office team and further develop PMO documentation and reporting requirements
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of PMO/privacy project management processes and privacy operational improvements to manage the entire privacy project lifecycle (including defined project objectives, requirements, charter/plan, workstream milestones/deliverables, change management, planning and target completion deadlines).
  • Pro-actively follow-up PMO project and privacy risks, issues and dependencies and escalate to appropriate stakeholders, taking corrective action where needed.
  • Set-up and run meetings and workshops (including agendas, minutes communicating project updates and performance, team meetings)
  • Create feedback surveys as required and reports to illustrate results.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project / privacy KPIs and management reporting, trend analysis and developing dashboards within project tools where required.
  • Represent the team in day-to-day activities with our business, legal, and technology business stakeholders.
  • Provide day to day support to the Program Manager and team

QualificationsABOUT YOUR SKILLS

  • 3 years’ experience min as Project/Program coordinator
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience in project management methodologies.
  • A systemic, process-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Proficient using Microsoft Project, Teams, Sharepoint, Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel (PowerBI an advantage)
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, strong SITA behaviours
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good English skills

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Experience of Clarizen an advantage
  • Experience with GDPR
