Job description:

As a Principal Engineer you will drive and train multisite teams, being responsible of NVM IP analog part and full NVM IP functionality.

This position will expose you to drive projects and train people in NVM field as strong analog expert and will allow you to be at the state of the art of NVM. Strong cooperation with Bus, driving projects in international environment.

-Design manager for multi sites projects.
-Drive and train people of the team.
-Analog expert reference for the team.

Requirements and Qualifications :
More than 7 years of experience in analog, mixed-signal design and semiconductor field, including flash memories.

Competencies

-Design management of projects.
-Analog expert, including circuitry like Bandgap, Pumps, Comparators, Sense amplifiers, NVM analog circuitries.
-Strong knowledge of analog and full chip tool simulators.
-Testing and debug strong skill.
-Responsible of design and validation of analog chip circuitry and full chip development.
-Multisite Teams management, driving and training team members.
-Design and debugging semiconductor chips from specification to production.
-Deep layout knowledge vs Design.
-Deep knowledge of NVM design is a plus.
-Knowledge of digital design is a plus.
-Available to travel time to time.
-Familiarity with RF lab equipment such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and vector signal analyzers is required.
-RFIC System and architecture design, ideally for OFDM applications
-RFIC Sub-system and block level definition & specification
-System simulation
