(SEC) is a reinvention of the way Nike does business. The SEC team will drive end-to-end integration across hundreds of business processes, using a flexible and scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and outstanding technology solutions that support the retail experience of the future. The SEC team is working to build the foundations on which the business will be able to transform the way we operate enabling the next decade’s worth of growth. Ensuring a successful deployment of such a large scale program with the minimum of disruption to the business is a significant challenge and a hugely important goal for the enterprise.Who will you work with:As our SEC Business Deployment Lead, you will collaborate with the Sr Director of SEC EMEA Marketplace Activation and will support and help manage all aspects of the planning, coordination and delivery of Business Deployment for the impacted Business Teams. As part of that work, you will work closely with the SEC Business Deployment Director to whom you will have a dotted reporting line, SEC Global Functional leads and GEO Functional Leads to ensure the work, timelines and results stay on track. You’ll also work closely with the SEC Tech Deployment Director and Lead to ensure Business and Tech teams are in “lock step”.What you will work on:Partner to lead and support the creation of strategies to ensure successful coordination and planning of Business Deployment activities focused on adjustments to Business Calendars to accommodate the implementation of the new S/4 Fashion SolutionHelp drive and coordinate all Business Cutover plan components, ensuring all Business Ramp-down activities are planned and documented. Coordinate changes to security and batch Ramp-down across the impacted systems landscapes to align with Business Activity Freezes and Ramp-down activities in preparation for Cutover.Partner in leading and supporting the creation of a Pilot-activities plan after Go-live and support the Business functions in building the complete set of Ramp-up plans on the new S/4 Fashion solution.Support all Mock Conversions, Dress Rehearsals and Cutover Plan execution in close collaboration with the Tech Deployment and Data Conversion teams across all in-scope systems.Understand the impacts of all Geography/local Tech solutions and coordinate with Geography and Territory Tech teams to ensure all Business Deployments impacts are properly brought together in planning and execution activities.Hands-on leadership and coordination when implementing Conversion, Dress Rehearsal and Cutover, being the Business Deployment voice in the room, in person or virtually, the teams will listen to and support.

Be the voice of SEC Deployment when working across SEC and Business and Tech as needed.Help lead and collaborate with our SI partner Accenture on all Business work impacting Deployment.Who we are looking for:A strong individual contributor and aspiring leader with experience in being an inspire’s change with a reputation for delivering high-quality results. Execution focused Program management experience is very important.A solid understanding our how our business operations work in EMEA is fundamental including understanding of the keys steps in our business process.
