As part of our strategic growth initiatives, we’ve established the HP Workforce Solutions (HPWS) Business Unit, with a focus on driving innovation and sustainability.Joining the Global Services Delivery Solutions & Sustainability SSC, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and implementing sustainable solutions within our services supply chain. As the Renew Transition and Operations Readiness Manager, you’ll lead the successful implementation of Renew products and services, ensuring seamless adoption by our customers and operational readiness within SSC and beyond.Job specifics/responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Renew Product & Services projects and transitions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Allocate resources and manage project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, performance, and risks, making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, project management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10-15 years of experience in Services Supply Chain, Service Business Management.
  • MBA, PMP/PMI, ITIL certifications preferred.
  • Advanced experience in delivery, solution architecting, or business planning.

  • Proven track record in managing complex projects and transitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Positive and constructive attitude towards challenges with a growth mindset.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication and influential skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in cost/P&L management.
