The Regional Deployment Team (RDT) within Deliver EMEA will deliver dedicated support to the daily logistics operations within EMEA Deliver, with strong focus on standardization, simplification and continues improvement. The RDT support the vision to become a Best-in-Class Global Operation.The Regional Deployment Team (RDT) within the Deliver EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) organization is a dynamic team of leading specialists, active in many different areas e.g. Bringing together communities, departments, and locations within the EMEA Deliver organization, being owner of domains of specific expertise (as example Logistic Warehouse Engineer) and acting as internal consultancy to help effective grow of our warehouse operations.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Focus on optimalisation of warehouse design and logistics processes.
• Providing solutions in the field of mechanization and automation.
• Interact closely with your peers within Deliver EMEA and Deliver Global organization.
• Conduct regular evaluation reviews to assess the current warehouse processes.
• Report progress on improvement initiatives and highlight achievements.
• Adopt and apply Deliver strategies applicable as Logistic Warehouse Engineer.
• Identify and obtain support and advice required by the management team.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / supply chain / logistics

10 years’ experience in working with warehouse processes especially in redesign and optimalisation. * Process-oriented and analytical with a pragmatic approach.

• Problem Solving skills.
• Process Thinking.
• Knowledge of Performance Management.
• Excellent command of English and Dutch
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with key players.
• • Strong written and oral communication skills.
