• Education & Experiences in Software Engineering or related field

• Proficiency in Polish and English

• Working knowledge of Agile/Lean Software Development Background (Scrum & Kanban)

• Experience in running a multi-product development or a software engineering organization

• Experience in leading, coaching and growing both individual contributors and managers

• Track record in establish a vision for the organization that maintains a culture of unity and continuous professional growth

• Knowledge of talent acquisition industry in Poland

• Experience working with local recruitment agencies to hire contractors
