Key Skills/Qualifications:
Relevant experience with HRIS implementation consulting experience. Oracle HCM (Cloud) experience is a plus.
Understanding of HR strategies, operations, policies and procedures by having experience as HCM (IT) consultant, project experience, HR specialist or being in an equivalent position
Fluency in Dutch and / or French; proficiency in English
Relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief, and achievement orientation.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growing business.
Strong communication skills as well as a strong focus on customer success
Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities
In Your future role You will:
Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, ensuring high quality delivery within constraints of time and budget.
Analyse business needs to help ensure the Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
Conduct formal workshops with the client to agree the solution design, displaying knowledge of the business environment in defining the customer’s needs
Define software solution parameters and specifications; Assess business and technical impacts of solutions
Act as the team lead on projects, also providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop skills of other team members.
Collaborate closely with other Oracle departments (e.g., Oracle Development, Oracle Sales & Presales, Oracle Support, Oracle Operations, …)
Support the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
Collaborate with the (consulting) sales team by providing domain expertise.
Manage the fact-finding, analysis and development of projects
