Within Nike EMEA Logistics we are expanding our network with a brand new omnichannel Distribution Centre (DC) distribution center located in Corby. We seek top talent to join the program and after go-live to join the DC leadership team.
As part of that team, we are currently looking for an experienced HR professional, who will drive the UK Distribution Centre employee strategy, setup, and transition agenda, acting as a strong ambassador for our unique Nike culture.

Utilizing strategic thinking, you’ll develop start up workforce and talent plans, aligned with business strategies and objectives, whilst guiding business leaders in building internal talent potential.
As a natural coach, you’ll support management teams on complex leadership and HR issues, including but not limited to, talent objectives, performance goals and HR/talent implication of business decisions. In your onboarding journey, supporting a deep knowledge of our organizational DC setup and culture, you will work with the ELC leadership to evaluate our current org DC setup.
As we embark on our ambitious journey to bring the new UK Distribution Centre to life, you’ll work on all different HR aspects relating to the stage of the program.
